Website Development Services

Once work has commenced on a website project — including planning, design, coding, revisions, and related activities — no refund will be issued. This applies to:

  • Custom design drafts and layouts

  • Backend and frontend development

  • Time spent on revisions, QA, and coordination

If the client chooses to discontinue the project after work has started, all payments made are considered non-refundable and will be treated as compensation for the work completed to date.

Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Our digital marketing services involve a wide range of activities including:

  • Keyword research and strategy development

  • Website changes for SEO optimization

  • Content creation and copywriting

  • Social media post design and planning

  • PPC campaign setup and keyword bid research

  • Technical audits and reporting

Since these tasks require extensive research, planning, creative execution, and continuous effort, payments for digital marketing services are non-refundable once work has begun.

No refunds will be issued for partial usage of monthly or project-based marketing services.

Client Responsibilities
