Following are the terms of services for website hosting, domain registration, and website development services provided by Aatma IT Solutions.
Aatma IT solutions requests our clients to pay 50% of total service cost before the commencement of the services. It must be noted that 50% downpayment for our services is not refundable at any cost once the work is commenced. Each phase of website development will be updated through meetings. The changes and edits to be done after each meeting will not be included in the total number of days committed to complete the project. The number of days to make changes in the site as directed may or maynot require more working hours based on the amendments.
Termination of Website Hosting Services with Aatma IT Solutions requires a 30-day advance notification via email with proper reason. We don’t encourage the intimation of the service termination if you don’t provide us a valid reason. If so, we are not liable to refund the 50% payment we have received in favour of our client organization. Also, we will not be in a position to make the website live without receiving the service cost for which we have spent time and effort.
The final payment of website development services is due 7 days from completion of the project. It is to be noted that the website will not be live until the payment is cleared.
Once the work is committed, we develop the client site using our own server which will be ported to client server on successful completion of the project and the reception of full payment.
Without the full payment, Aatma restricts the usage of contents from our server.
Termination of Services
Any kind of non payment on the renewal or project final payment, Aatma IT Solutions on good will basis support the clients with more grace period, but on crossing the grace period we will be sending a final notice through email. Still if the payment is not done we have the complete right to suspend the services that we are offering.
Migration of Services
In case the client is requesting for the website migration we are happy to offer that service. We will be charging a nominal migration fee which will depend on the project/ services that we have offered. Migration request can be sent to support@aatmait.com and our team will inspect the same and will assist on that.

We always want to have happy cutomers with the happiness service that we are providing. Our technical support team will be available from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM UAE Standard Timing. All technical support will be handled on email request to support@aatmait.com
